The tempo I chose is used in the TRX TRAINING Group Suspension Training course which is in the #TRXstrong workout. 💪🏽 ———————————————— I picked a 4️⃣-2️⃣-1️⃣ tempo Which means that the Lengthening of the arms took 4️⃣ seconds Pause at the bottom actively for 2️⃣ seconds And then 1️⃣ second to pull!
