It was a busy week fighting for NM in DC! I fought to defend Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security from being gutted by the GOP, defended climate action in our Oversight hearing, and stood with San Carlos Apache and Tribal leaders outside the White House to #SaveOakFlat, celebrated Arab American Heritage Month, met with Labor and Tribal Leaders, stood against bills trying to undermine the Endangered Species Act, and continued the work of serving our constituents every day. We also took a moment to celebrate our outstanding Interns. Next week, it’s back to NM and I cannot WAIT to get my chile fix!
