30 years ago today, the Family and Medical Leave Act established 12 weeks of leave for eligible workers to: ✔️Bond with a new child ✔️Care for a spouse, parent or child ✔️Address their own health condition It’s time to expand these protections and establish #PaidLeave for every worker!
