Shirey worked with fellow Airmen to move the aircraft in preparation of an assumption of command ceremony for the incoming wing commander of the 910th Airlift Wing, Col. Chris Sedlacek. The C-130J-30 is a stretch version of the C-130J, a proven, highly reliable airlifter.
