The second annual Advanced Recapture Recovery Operational Warfighter exercise took place at Wyoming’s Camp Guernsey, Aug. 5-23. Convoy Response Force teams from fewarrenafb, minotafb, and malmstromafb participated, training in asset protection procedures. The exercise included planned ambushes and attacks and used a “train-pause-train” program to sharpen skills in the moment. Notably, the debut of the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle in a simulated combat scenario marked an Air Force-wide first, demonstrating afglobalstrike’s modernization efforts.
