An ace and his F-4! Col. (Ret.) Charles B. DeBellevue flew in F-4 Phantoms during the Vietnam War as a Weapons Systems Officer. He had four kills while flying with Capt. Steve Ritchie and two more while flying with Capt. John A. Madden Jr. on Sept 9, 1972. DeBellevue ended up flying 220 combat missions during the Vietnam War.
