Meet Catherine Keebler, a visual artist on the fourth floor of FAB! 🫟 🔬 Catherine worked as a cytologist for decades, closely looking at cells to diagnose diseases. After she retired, she attended the Art Institute of Chicago and now creates stunning pieces inspired by her work in a cytopathology laboratory and her travels around the world. See calligraphy, asemic drawings, monotypes, and encaustic pieces in her work, capturing unique feelings with mixes of ink and beeswax.
