You know I love a good back day, here are my staples😉:
- Allllways stretch first! Remember to dynamic stretch before, static after your workout
- Pull up Variations (4x failure)
- Rows (3x 35, dropset the last one til failure)
- Face Pulls (same as above, also 35lbs)
- I’ve been doing the 7-7-7 method with my biceps: lower weight so I get lots of reps and really feel the burn, since my focus with them is to tone them and not grow them too much
- Not pictured: I do pushups (3x12)
- Then usually I dona few more pullups for fun after I have a pump 😋😋
