If you’re doing a Hyrox soon, or if you’ve been wanting to try a Hyrox-style workout, give this mini circuit a go!☺️ - 500m row - 20 DB walking lunges (10 each leg) - 10 burpee broad jumps - 20 wall balls (use 6-9kg db if no ball) - 200m farmer carry (push for heavy dbs) - 400m run! (try not to stop) and then do all of that 2 or 3 more times for a total of 3 or 4 rounds🏃🏽‍♀️🕺🏼🏋🏽‍♀️🌟🩵 ———- Let me know how it goes afterwards!
