To celebrate #InternationalSkiPatrolDay, we’re catching up with Senior Avalanche Forecaster/Patroller, Tim Haggerty as part of the @hellyhansenski #ShredSafety Series to give us a little insight into the white art of snow science, avalanche control, and general safety.    Tim’s biggest tip for skiers and snowboarders visiting Whistler Blackcomb:   Knowing where you are is really important. If anything happens on the mountain, being aware of your location can be extremely beneficial to Patrollers when a call for help comes in. Take note of trail signs, locations on the map, and key terrain aspects and elevations to better understand where your location is at all times. 🎥: @ryanregehr
