Happy int’l women’s day from our all-female team 👯‍♀️ words from our founder kayley.e.r 💌 Women’s empowerment has been at the core of Hermana since day 1: our name literally means “sister” 🩷 when starting Hermana, my goal was to help female creators get paid their worth!!! 💸 Yes, the creator economy is a women-dominated industry, but as such it’s also traditionally been taken less seriously, with creators fighting for budgets and respect that match the value they provide. Throughout the years I’d heard horror stories of male agents and managers taking advantage of young female talent, and the lack of trust and transparency in the industry. As a woman in business, I wanted to flip that and act as a big sister to the talent that sign under our management. since then, we’ve signed a diverse roster of 20 influencers (40% identifying as BIPOC), helped creators go from $0-20k months, sign millions in brand deals, and hired a team of 12 exceptional women I am so proud of and inspired...
