In our early days, we really loved digging into the spirit small-batch experimentation, as any new brewery does. ——— We used to tap conditioned firkins on a weekly basis for fun and driven by passion for interesting beer. The ability to produce those firkins started to slip as we grew with more tanks, packaged beer, people, and an omnipotent desire to be putting what the people want in front of them on a larger scale. ——— But we're bringing the spirit of the early days back. Announcing the Third Thursday Firkin Series, a monthly event celebrating small-batch, uniquely conditioned firkins on the third Thursday of each month. ——— FIRST UP: Galaxy dry-hopped Juicy Banger IPA.
