Get ready for this one. As one of our two collaborations for this year’s Collaboration Fest, we brewed an exciting beer with sleepinggiantbrewing. : Norwegian Farmhouse Tripel Double IPA. Brewed on a Belgian Tripel malt backbone, this beer was dry hopped Double IPA-style with Cascade, Citra, and Mandarina Bavaria hops, and uses a yeast strain from Norway called Kviek to give it a Nordic farmhouse twist. : The beer is on tap today and will be pouring at Collaboration Fest on 3/31.
