Justyna’s trial was suspended on Friday after witnesses (including Ania's abusive husband) failed to show up to the hearing. The trial has now been postponed to the 14th of July. ADT also called out numerous transgressions that took place, including a judge refusing admission to human rights organisations (including Amnesty International) and embassy representatives. We will continue to support Justyna, together with the rest of our network.
