That is why I try not to say “pregnant women” but pregnant people. Not “pregnant woman” but pregnant person. That includes trans men, non-binary, bigender, agender and genderfluid people. We need to remember that pregnancy is connected with having a uterus. Not with gender as such. We need inclusive language that is relevant to reality. And reality is that people with uteruses get pregnant and need abortion access. Today is a good day to spread the word about it!
