What NOT to do vs an overload front 👆 Last night's Cowboys vs. Eagles game was a prime example of what happens when a team struggles to recognize and adapt to an overload front!  ​Here are 5 tips to help your O-line dominate against overload looks: ​Communicate stunts & games at the Line of Scrimmage. Get on the same page! ​Set square and tight. Stay balanced to handle anything coming your way. ​Punch with extension. Don't bury your head in the chest of the defender ​Bark "in" "out" calls.
