Flying with just a cabin bag just got a little bit easier.
Ryanair have just increased the size of their cabin bag allowance that all passengers are allowed as part of their standard fare.
Up until now, the maximum size for a free Ryanair cabin bag was 40cm by 25cm by 20cm.
It’s now increased to 40cm by 30cm by 20cm.
However, the bag still has to weight under 10kg.
These changes fall in line with updates from the EU, which have standardised the free luggage allowance for travellers.
It’s important to remember that most airlines have fines for any passenger pushing the limits, so be careful and make sure your bag fits this new allowance.
If in any doubt, we have a great guide to cabin bag sizes on the Skyscanner website.
