I told Kairo he could play tackle at 10 years old. In true Ellis form he took a stand on his own and REFUSED to play flag because he wants to play tackle. I said, the only way he could play tackle was to run track and lift weights the entire spring AND SUMMER with Jack’s group. I already knew the workload would either make him or break him (I don’t want him to play tackle this early). At only 8 years old he didn’t complain when it got hard. He hid his tears in front the older boys and WORKED, so I gave in and let him play. This is the fun part. Go have fun Roro. You earned the right to enjoy these games YOU EARNED IT!!!
