You might have seen some of his swords, knives, and other props in "Pirates of the Caribbean," "The Mask of Zorro," and “The Last Samurai.” To create many of these exceptional pieces, Tony often needs to make his own tools first. By now he has 40 years of custom tools to wield all kinds of metals and create special designs. And he is fast! For some productions, Tony has made 35 swords in a day.
