#unique to you. And it’s changing, constantly. External factors like

#exercise 🏋🏽♀️,
#medicine 💊, and even
#sleep 🛌 can all impact and alter the composition of your microbiome on a

We don’t know whether a ‘
#healthy’ or ‘
#ideal’ microbiome exists. It probably doesn’t. Try comparing a
#desert to a
#rainforest; the two couldn’t be more different when listing out their unique
#species of
#flora and
#fauna. The ‘
#health’ of each ecosystem would not be contingent upon forcing the desert or the rainforest to look more like a
#coral reef. The key consideration would instead be: how balanced is this system? How efficiently is the ecosystem functioning? Is there
