Go streaking with the nude dudes. Before judging this critter's cover (or lack thereof) let's get some facts straight. Naked mole rats aren't naked, or moles, or rats. They're more closely related to chinchillas, porcupines and guinea pigs than moles or rats. A certain Rug Rat may call them "nakey" but they have about 100 fine hairs all over their body. A more fitting name may be "almost-hairless porcu-chilla-pigs".
