In 2025-2026, the GNAC is celebrating its 25th year as a conference. Throughout the year, we will be highlighting memorable moments in the conference’s history. The first memorable moment is the long-stretched dominance of Alaska Anchorage cross country; From 2009-2018, UAA captured 17 of the 20 XC Championships between the men’s and women’s programs, including five in a row for the men and seven in a row for the women. 16 out of 20 individual titles were won by UAA runners as well. The Seawolves have the most GNAC Cross Country titles in the conference with 20. #GNAC25 | #GNACSports
