It’s all about being patient with yourself. Little by little. And then someday you will get it. Don’t give up. ⚡️ I’ve been trying a backside snap on this wall for a couple years now. Many times I’ve felt frustrated. Frustrated with my own fear. In my head I knew exactly how to do it, but in the moment I would freak out. Frustrated when I saw people without the fear, or maybe with, but doing it anyways. Frustrated with the fact that it was taking me so long to get it. And then, someday, it just worked! Of course there’s a lot of room for improvement. But this was the first time I felt I did some backside “snaps” that were smooth, not forced and with the correct technique.
