Have you ever seen a colourless Robin? 😮 James Halon, over on twitter, spotted this monochrome beauty in Essex. Leucism is a condition that effects the colour of birds. Melanin pigment is what gives the robin its famous red breast, but sometimes birds inherit partial or full loss of pigmentation, and this can sometimes result in completely white feathers! Have you seen any weird and wonderful birds this #BigGardenBirdWatch? 🐦 #Robin #BirdsUK
