Recently thinking of Anthony Bourdain and it reminded me of the time we stayed at Le Chambard Hotel. The food was exquisite, thanks in part to the young and talented cooks working in the kitchen. Bourdain always had a way of shining a light on the unsung heroes of the culinary world, and I hope those cooks know how much their hard work was appreciated.
