Today is All Women’s Equal Pay Day, a reminder of the extent of the gender wage gap. With an 83-day gap, it takes nearly three months into the new year for a woman to earn what a man made in the previous year. However, for Latinas and other women of color, Equal Pay Day is much further along in the year. For 2025, Latina Equal Pay Day is on October 8, almost five months from now and five days later than last year.
