🇩🇴 Dominican lawyer, archaeologist, and diplomat Kathleen Martínez has devoted the last two decades to searching for the hidden tomb of iconic Egyptian Queen Cleopatra. The 59-year-old lawyer-turned-archaeologist made her first trip to Taposiris Magna, a semi-destroyed Egyptian temple about 30 miles west of Alexandria, in 2002 and eventually left her law practice in D.R. to move to Egypt and dedicate herself to archaeology.
