Lin-Manuel Miranda has cancelled all shows of his hit musical “Hamilton” set to be performed at the Kennedy Center in 2026. Through the beloved musical was going to play the Kennedy Center from March 3 to April 26, 2026, Miranda has decided to cancel following Donald Trump’s new role as chairman of the center and spoke with the New York Times about his decision: “The Kennedy Center was not created in this spirit, and we’re not going to be a part of it while it is the Trump Kennedy Center. We’re just not going to be part of it. This latest action by Trump means it’s not the Kennedy Center as we knew it,” the 45-year-old playwright said. #Hamilton #DonaldTrump #LinManuelMiranda #BoricuaPlaywright #KennedyCenter #HLOG
