The film will feature never-before-seen footage from the Quintanilla family’s personal home videos and interviews with her loved ones and aims to “capture the singer’s exuberance, humility, and the profound bond she shared with her family.” The documentary, which offers glimpses into Selena’s life on tour and her close familial bonds, is directed by Mexican-American filmmaker Isabel Castro, who directed the hit 2022 film “Mija,” and executive produced by Selena’s siblings Suzette and A.B.
