Mexico just took some huge steps towards protecting animals. 🐾 On December 2nd, Mexican president Claudia Sheinbaum signed a set of constitutional reforms paving the way for a federal animal welfare law and enshrining animal protection as a fundamental value in the Mexican Constitution.
