Reproductive rights had a major win in Mexico this week. The Congress of the State of Zacatecas approved the decriminalization of abortions of up to 12 weeks of gestation with a total of 21 votes in favor and 6 against on Wednesday, November 20. “We will continue to build a fairer, freer and more egalitarian Zacatecas for everyone.
