Latina power in action 🏅History was made at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games on August 31 when Brazilian sprinters Fernanda Yara da Silva and Maria Clara Augusto and Venezuelan sprinter Lisbeli Vera Andrade made up the first all-Latina podium this year in the 400 meter T47 final. In first place with a time of 56.74 seconds was Yara da Silva, followed by Vera Andrade with a time of 56.78 seconds and Augusto finished third with a time of 57.20 seconds.
