They can’t all be winners 😂 The steak might have been overcooked, had way too much garlic and looked like a mess but we still ate it. Definitely tasted better than it looked 😂 That’s how it goes sometimes. I cook in my backyard for my family and sometimes things don’t come out as planned. And that’s ok. In this case, I should’ve cooked the thin steak on the griddle or chopped it up for tacos. And used WAY less garlic in the that butter 😂 .
