I love making pork steaks. Smoke em for a few hours then into a foil pan with butter, bbq sauce and honey. If you like pulled pork, you will love a pork steak. This was the biggest one I’ve ever seen 😂 . I used my AP and Maple Bourbon seasonings. Total cook time was about 6-7 hours, a little longer because of the size.
