Easy and delicious, sweet chili chicken bites. These are great as an appetizer, served over rice, or honestly anytime. I like using chicken thighs, but chicken breast was on sale, so I used that instead. Seasoned with my AP seasoning, grilled and then tossed in my homemade sauce. It’s sweet, spicy, and so delicious!
