Jalapeno popper corn fritters. I love jalapeno poppers and I love corn lol. Putting these 2 together is tasty . Start by cooking down some bacon until it’s nice and crispy. Dice up a few jalapenos and combine everything together. If your batter is too dry add more sour cream and if it’s too wet, add a bit more flour. When everything is ready, scoop it out back on the griddle and cook over low/medium heat. Gently press them down and cook until golden brown on both sides. For the sauce, mix ranch, garlic paste and hot sauce. Drizzle it over the fritters and finish with cilantro.
