I love beef and cheese. 🥩 🧀 These are so easy to make and they come out delicious 🤤 For the beef I used an eye of round but honestly any roasty type cut will work. For the cheese sauce: 1/2 cup Milk 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup Velveeta 1 tsp Garlic powder I seasoned the beef with my AP rub and smoked it at 250 degrees until it hit 120 internal.
