It’s time for homemade reubens! Made even better with a hometown favorite, @turanobread Rustic Rye. I like to use a store bought, prebrined brisket flat. Soak it in water first, then season and smoke until probe tender. Slice and pile high on @turanobread with swiss cheese, sauerkraut and russian dressing. Definitely one of my favorite sandwiches.
