Let’s make some delicious BBQ ribs with a tasty, sugar free sauce made with @lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener. It’s a delicious, all natural, sugar substitute, derived from monk fruit. For the ribs, I like to use a little yellow mustard for the binder, then season with your favorite BBQ rub. They hit the grill, indirect heat at 250 degrees for about 2 hours. After that, wrap them in foil with a few pats of butter and the @lakanto sweetener. You use it in place of brown sugar, same proportions. The ribs go back on the grill for another hour until nice and tender. Remove from the foil and sauce for the last 20 minutes or so. To make the sugar-free sauce, combine the following and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes: 1 cup sugar-free ketchup ½ cup white wine vinegar 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce 1 cup @lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener 1 tbsp yellow mustard 1 tbsp vinegar And these ribs turned out delicious! Sweet, smokey, tangy, with the right amount of sweetness. #d#discoveryourchi#g#grillin...
