For WCKitchen, Haiti is more than just a country where we work…it is where our mission to harness the power of food to heal and strengthen communities began 15 years ago. In partnership with summitsedu, marysmeals, acceso_org, and hfsalliance, I am proud to announce today - on International School Meals Day - that we are now providing nourishing, locally made school meals to Haitian children…in the process strengthening Haitian food systems. Together during the 2025 school year, we will be serving 85,000 meals daily at more than 300 schools.
