👷CHELSEA APPROVES INCENTIVES TO SUPPORT $75M DEVELOPMENT PROJECT: Earlier this month, the cityofchelsea approved a tax incentive agreement that will support a new $75M development, according to the shelbycountyreporter. 👉 Called the Chelsea Plaza, the development will sit off of the eastbound side of Hwy 280 near the intersection of Chesser Plantation Lane + the highway. PROJECT DETAILS: 🌳 14.5 acres of land 🛍️ 16 retail + commercial units 🛋️ Units range from 1,000 to 20,000 sq. ft. 💬 “This project will bring new major retail and restaurant businesses to Chelsea along with creation of a significant number of jobs. Immediate additional cash flow to the city would begin as soon as retail operations commence.
