We set out to create a cinnamon swirl bread that didn’t disappoint due to lack of cinnamon flavor or too dry of a texture. We swapped in airy, cottony Japanese white bread in place of American white bread and traded the traditional swirl shape for a simple yet elegant Russian brand that ensured the cinnamon filling could be tasted in every bite.
