DO INSTEAD ✅
1️⃣ Deadbugs: deadbugs focus on strengthening the deep core muscles while focusing on keeping the spine neutral
2️⃣ Hip Mobility: one potential cause of low back pain is poor hip mobility. When your hips are immobile your body will look to your lower back for mobility. This can lead to low back pain. So improving hip mobility can reduce the need for mobility from the low back.
3️⃣ Deadlift variations: while the conventional deadlift isn’t inherently bad. For someone dealing with low back pain, the conventional deadlift may not be the best option....
