SIMPLE WORKS! While you may not like to hear it. It’s the truth! People tend to assign more value to something based on its complexity. Especially when it comes to fitness and nutrition. Do a simple push up? Nah, that won’t get me the results I want. Stack 10 dumbbells together and then stand on them with one foot. Close your eyes. And try to perform a squat. Yep! That’s exactly what I need…🤦‍♂️ Here’s the thing. While it may not be glamorous or exciting, simple, if don’t consistently, gets results! People often shy away from an exercise because “it’s too simple,” “it’s not challenging enough.” When in reality, it has nothing to do with the level of difficulty of an exercise and everything to do with how hard are you pushing yourself. Take a step back and evaluate. Are you having a hard time remaining consistent with your fitness? Maybe it’s because you are trying too hard to make this “more complicated.” Remember, simple leads to consistency. And consistency is what ultimate...
