Circuit 1: 3 sets (finish circuit for 1 set then 2 min break)
1. Sprints, back pedals, and burpees are for 1-2 mins non stop. 3 burpees when reach each side of the room
2. Box jumps are 10-20 reps total
3. Single leg jumps are 10-20 reps total
4. Step ups are 10-20 reps total
5. Ab roll out and abs are 10-20 reps total
Circuit 2: 3 sets (finish circuit for 1 set then 2 min break)
1. Sprints, back pedals, and burpees are for 1-2 mins non stop
2. Side Box jumps are 10-20 reps total
3. Single quick jumps are 10-20 reps total
Finish with 3 mins of nonstop sprints and backpedals into 10 burpees at end
