24 sets: 12 with WV on. 12 with WV off. (No WV. Do the same workout just disregard to the WV)
With WV: Start high incline, medium speed and every 4 sets drop the incline and raise the speed.
3-5 minute break
W/O WV: Start high speed, low incline. Keep the speed and increase incline every 3 sets
Finish with 10 minutes of abs
