Been a while since I posted a weight vest workout. We overdue 💪🏽 Today’s workout was 🥵 4 sets 8-10 reps per exercise. For harder exercises 3-5. .5 mile run at the end of each set Go nonstop. Get a 3 min break after the run is over Weight vest for added difficulty. Just get out there and be active 🔥 #weightvest #outdoorworkout #weightvesttraining #bearkomplex
