So we decided to highlight one sticking factor with a lot of bank interactions: awkwardness. Money can be awkward, going into a bank can be awkward, we (the customer) can be awkward, feeling like you don’t have control over your money because you have to jump through regulatory hoops is awkward; and we’ve all experienced it at some point or another.
