When CSX Corporation, one of the largest freight railroad transportation companies in the United States, decided to build an AI assistant, they turned to Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry. In the first 45 days of operation, over 1,000 customers consulted the AI assistant across more than 4,000 conversations. Other agents are now in development, including an agent that supports thousands of rail workers across the company. Senior E-Business Project Analyst at CSX, Ryan Rogan, said: “Customers are coming back again and again to use our agent.
