I was born in San Diego, CA where my family and I grew up going to Padres games. That moment in 2003 was the moment I started dreaming about playing at Petco Park. 22 years later, I got the chance to pitch off the mound in front of a crowd of 40,000 fans while all my family and friends were there to watch. What I thought was impossible, God gave me something greater than I could have imagined. San Diego, you made my hometown game feel so special.
